Through consistent practices of specific kriyas and meditation along with chakra cleansing techniques and pranayama, the practitioner slowly but steadily elevates their consciousness to eventually reach their highest potential.

Premium Program 1 ( 2 days a week )

Expertly curated classes with enough variety to keep you inspired. These classes focus on different styles of yoga, aimed at overall fitness levels in body and mind. Everyday classes range from Power Yoga, Weight Training, Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga and daily meditation.

Private Sessions

These sessions are primarily recommended for those with any health concerns or injuries that cannot be addressed in a group class. They are a good option for those who can’t fit into the regular class schedules or for those with pre-determined goals.

Pick any 5 days of the premium batch, you get to choose from Flow Yoga, Weight Training, Power Yoga, Kids Yoga or Meditation

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is designed to address the needs of mothers-to-be based on their individual pregnancy journeys, from conception all the way to birth. Our one on one sessions help improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety and help increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.

Kids Yoga

Introducing yoga in the early years equips children with tools to improve focus, memory, self-esteem, develop discipline and even reduce anxiety and stress. Kids yoga sessions are held twice every week with equal emphasis on meditation along with strength building andflexibility training through various yoga practices.
