Power Yoga
Power Yoga primarily aims at building strength and tone either via calisthenics or weight training and helps burn calories through a full-body workout. Its a blend of dynamic Hatha yoga-style poses where every movement is linked to the breath and done with mind muscle(body) connection/awareness.
Hatha Yoga
The more gentle and calming exercise which increases flexibility, optimises the functions of the organs and maintains hormonal balance within the body.
Dynamic Flow Yoga
It is an artistic and beautiful form of yoga where you transition from one pose to another in a flow. This can be compared to a powerful dance form or even gymnastics in its advanced versions.
Kundalini Yoga
It is predominantly an array of Pranayama with bandhas & mudras (breathing exercises) and various Meditation techniques which helps the student empty the mind of unnecessary thoughts and distractions and find inner joy and bliss deep within.
